yoshi or sparks

i just got an 07 yfz bill ballance and im kinda new to 450's since im coming from the 250r 2 strokers and was wondering which pipe was more reliable? which was is louder? and what produces more power?

my sparks pipe is very loud. i bought my yfz with the pipe on it so i cant really compare it to stock so cant really tell you how the power increase felt.

yea my buddy has a sparks its pretty loud but i never heard a full yoshi system with out the baffle, i always like yoshi but im not sure about them with the 450s

I have had a hmf tc an yoshi liked the yoshi pipe the best out of the 3. althrough the hmf is a great pipe also. The tc was a shorty which i am sure u dont want but It had great low end an was loud as hell. The yoshi without the baffle wasent that loud but had a nice deep tone to it.

The YOSH is a great all around pipe on the YFZ and is not too bad noise wise. Good luck with your new toy! You made a good choice!

the sparks is much louder but it deffinetly makes more power.

I've had both on my yfz. The yoshi is a nice pipe but is expensive like $800 depending on what pipe you get. When the sparks has all around power no matter what, and costs like $500. You have some choices with sparks also, regular, race series, and big core. I have the big core on my yfz now and it isn't comin off. It depends on what type of riding you do. My big core is LOUD, you hear it no matter what.

i have a sparks big core on my yfz and i love the sound. i bought the bike with it on so i dont know how much of a difference it made power wise. it is a little loud but the sound is great.

ive owned both pipes they sound diff and wrk diff all depends on wat u like yoshi smooth sparks hits hard , i personally switched 2 sparks def lil louder. there both great pipes, so either way u cant loose !!
