hey how are you guys/girls doing tonight? Since i am grounded and cant go nowhere this weekend. I thought i would share my story with all of you guys.

Tonight, friends of mine and myself went riding like we do every day in the summer. Everything was goin fine. Just like always the formation of the line was my one friend on his 450r other friend on his 400 ex and another friend on his 400ex and me and my other buddies on little blasters. Then we turn into my friends lane to get some gas for his 400ex and then secs later a squad car comes with his lights on and pulls into the drive way.

"Were you guys riding on the road" asked the pissed off sheriff. Since we all knew that he saw us we admited and then he is like well you guys do know that your not allowed riding them on the road. We were like we wernt thinking officer. And then he went on and on telling us about all the stuff. And then he made us call our parents and have them pick our fourwheelers up cause we wernt allowed to ride them home on the road.

Now, my parents said i couldn't go anywhere this weekend cause i was stuiped enough to get caught. Just thought i would share some info and a story.

lol cant be worse than when my friend got pulled over at a gas station on his quad. Police after running his name "holy s*** we've been looking for you for the past 3 years!" lol yeah he was running for 3 years and finally got caught and did his time. He figured it was best to turn his life around anyways

IMO i like kickstarts truck a hell of alot better than any 1999 ford truck i have ever seen, it all comes down to what you like. Just because its newer does not mean its better or nicer.

However, since the topic of all the fighting is somebody pissed off about getting caught for riding on the road, something you shouldn't be doing, I'm going to allow it. Kind of a poetic justice, I'll let the herd thin itself and weed out it's weaker members.

If you're going to ride on the road, you should accept the consequences, be it fines, your parents grounding you, or people making fun of you on the internet. :ermm:

You got off really easy. By me, you would/parents would have gotten a ticket for no reg, ins, impound, by how you sound, no driver license, towing charge, I bet there is some other stuff regarding orv's on the street. Its gets better!!!!! In order to get the orv out of impound it has to be reg/ins, all this with a $40-60/day storage fee. Consider yourself very lucky. Mine doen't touch the road, I can't afford any of this and just try to register a trx250r that any title it had got lost 20 yrs ago. I'd be better off telling the cops to keep it, after something like 60 days it goes to auction anyway.

You guys telling the person that your stupid to get caught and run are just making atv's look worse in everybodies mind. People don't want to see atv's on the street and hear the loud exhaust and loud 'hmmmm' of the tires on the street.
