honda 400ex

i have a yellow 2002 honda 400ex. it has axis custom shocks w/o rez up front and a progressive rear shock, longhorn 1 1/8 black bars, duncan graphics kit and seat cover, has itp reinforced rims with itp holeshot tires all the way around, motosport front bumper,new tag grips, big gun rev box, honda 426 kit, k&n air filter, and aluminum air scoops that look really cool. The bad part about this bike is that i was riding it one day and second doesnt work anymore and the valve cover leaks a lil oil, not very much but after you ride it a while you can see a some smoke off of the exhaust. it also has a procircut exhaust. i just want to see wut people will give me for it because i dont want to take the time to fix it. so make me an offer i cant refuse. i also have all of the stock shocks too. so if someone wants them just make me an offer on them. let me know wut you guys will give me for it. my email address is fox_racing_747@hotmail.com.
