I'm thinking about getting new rims/wheels for my quad and i can either get 9x8 or 10x8 size for the rear which ones are better and what size tire would I need for both thanks

what kind of riding are you gonna be doing? If your gonna be doing alot of mx i would suggest a 8 or 9 inch wheel, only because its so hard to find a 18inch tire for a 10inch wheel. The best tire that i have found for a 10inch wheel is Maxxis Razr MX. The 18inch tires are endless for a 8 or 9inch wheel.

You need an 9" rear wheel if doing harescrambles. 9x8 or 9x9.Take your pick. The reasoning for the 9" instead of 8" is because you have more tire options in 6 ply tires . There really isnt too many 8" six ply tires avalible. I think the 8" wheels are for moreless the MX boys. I found this out the hard way.
