ESR CR Ignition Plug Gap?

I just picked up a ESR CR ignition and plan on running a NGK BR8ES, unless a different plug is recommended? Anyway, before with my stock ignition I was gapping my plugs at 0.018". I was wondering what everyone recommends for plug gaps with the CR ignition? My compression is better than 200 psi and I run straight Torco 110 with Amsoil Dominator 40:1. Any help would be appreciated :)

I have the cr250 setup and im running a regular b8es at .020.It works for me;)
