neutral problem

Just picked up a 05 450r and it is having some problems getting into neutral while it is running, played with clutch adjustment a little, I am going to change the tranny fluid but couldnt find the check oil bolt like on the 250r's. Any help appreciated

im havin the same problem. your clutch basket it probably grooved.

The check bolt is the only bolt on the clutch side that has a sealing washer on it.

Until you can get a new basket, you can give it a little gas while you are trying to get it in neutral. It will fall right in.
