08 throttle body on 06

I got me a 08 throttle body which is about 2mm bigger than the 06. Will my power commander need to be tuned when adding the bigger throttle body?

Well that suxs. Im not real sure how to tune it. I downloaded a map off fuelatv for the mods that i have.

Downloaded maps can get you close but there is a big difference in power feel when you take it to the dyno and get your own custom map done.

Ive found a place in Chattanooga, TN that tunes power commanders on a dyno. I havent called yet to see if they have a dyno for quads

The 08 thorttle body is actually smaller than the 06/07 just so you know.

06 is 43mm and 08 is almost 45mm. i already measured the 08 and specs from suzuki say 06 has 43mm.
