Worth it to powdercoat?

I'm interested in powdercoating the frame and subframe of my z400 gloss black. I'm curious for those who have had their frame's powdercoated if they were glad they did it and how much money did it set them back? I'm also thinking of having the wheels for my ice tires done also.
