well it pops and makes a weird air sucking noise and wont idle...i put sea foam in it to clean it all out..it helped a little but still runs like crap..what should i do?? i changed the plug too

Try to idle it with the choke on if it does the pilot jet is clogged, as far as the sucking sound me and my friend both have 05'400ex's his has that sucking sound almost like a turbo but mine dosen't so I don't think that has anything to do with your bike's problems. Sounds to me you need to rebuild the carb. it's probably all clogged from sitting. And it would be a good idea to change the oil and filter

New gas, oil change, take the carb off and clean it very good.
