what is the mant.? like on these atv does it require a lot of service to keep it going or is it simple like changed oil and go just wondering before i buy

pretty much what ive done for the past 13 months is just stay on top of oil (i always change the filter as well), chain may sag and need to be tightened a little, and check radiator fluid every now and then and air fiter and thats it its ran fine with a capital F
