My 400ex always made a ton a valve noise but now it sounds like the cam chain here is the video. Also what could it be, I think it is the cam chain?

Does anyone know what this noise is?

Take your right side intake valve cover off..now get a flash light and a long skinny CLEAN flat head screw driver..Now stick the screw driver down into the hole and try to wiggle your cam chain..if its really loose and does more than just a little wiggle its prolly your cam chain adjuster..You should also prolly see what your valve clearance is.

Just thought of something. Do you still have the stock cam in it? The decompression mech. may be stuck.

mine did that a few days ago, found out the bolts that hold the cam gear on the cam were coming out.
