brake rotor loose???

when i was washing my 400ex yesterday my rear brake rotor seemed to be loose...i dont remember it every being like this. it isnt bad but doesnt seem tight like it should be. is this normal?

the caliper is supposed to float but the rotor shouldn't be loose.

how do i tighten it?

is is loose where the rotor/hub meets the axel or where the rotor bolts to the hub?

It looks like there is a nut and a jam nut holding it tight.

your splintsare probly starting to waer mine did the same thing and i toguht it was my rotor hub so i replaced it but then found out it was my axle splints so i left it ha

Tighten your axle lock nut.

i'll try to tighten it and see it that helps. would buying a axle lock nut be a good idea?

Only if you can't figure out how to get yours tight.
