I see that in many cases, the rear axle get wrecked due to bad landing.
My question is if you guys are still use the stock one or bought an aftermarket?

And my request ?
Post some action pics of you ;)

Any idea who makes the epic racing axles?

Nice air shot!

Is this a common problem on the stock axles? I know if I had my choice I'd run RPM axles all the way.

rpm makes the epic axle. rpm should have a stock replacement out in a couple of weeks for the ds

Thanks.

Whats the difference between a std RPM and the stock replacement?

lonestar makes both a hollow and solid version axle for the ds. they come with a billet sprocket hub already pressed on and will re-use the stock components.

yes the right but lonestars weighs a ton compared to the rpms. rpms are just under 11 lbs. the difference between rpms stck replacement and the other one they have is one is ahonda axle and u have to use a 250r rotor and 450 sprockets. the stck replacement uses all stock components except sprocket they will use a 450r sprocket because all the pros are havin a hard time finding sprckets that will fit.

The Brp one (50 inch) weight 2.5 lbs less than a RPM and its as strong

Both with spacers and sprocket hub

The RPM (honda style) don't fit good. They use a smaller disc brake and the bearing/axle tolerance are not good
