not starting/low volts?

Hi i was just hooking up my trail tech vapor to day and accidently touched the pos to the ground with wrech and now it seems like it don't want to start with the battery, it will just click, but will start with a jump. and not restart normally by itself. And when running i turn the lights on and it wants to die. The battery at first had 12.65 volts and it still would just click, now the battery only shows 10.35?? Is it maybe the relay beside the battery and maybe the battery? It is a brand new 2006 predator 500 TLD (that was overstock buyout) I only have 6 hours on it total.

Charge the battery on low overnight. then test the battery. I would bet it may need a new battery. Remember, even though the quad is new, the battery is about 3 years old and probably discharged most of that time. That is bad on the life of a battery.
