Ok the newest law went into effect on 7/1/08 in Florida. It states that kids under 16 years old must have proof of completing an ATV/ MX safety course to ride on public land.
Question is if anyone has gone to Crooms or any other public riding place since the law went into effect:
How do they enforce it?
Are they checking for cards at the gates?
Anyone have troubles yet?
Anyone get ding'ed for a kid riding a bike over the recommended 50cc limit?
