rejetting?

I have a 99 400ex with a small bore job with wiseco piston.
i am running a whitebros R4 exhaust with stock jetting.
this is what was advised but does anyone have the same pipe with some jet sizes that i can start with? also have twinair air filter with vented air box lid. how much would i notice a difference if i installed a xr400 cam? is a cam necesary if i go with a little bigger bore?

where in n.y. do u live? i live in hyde park, it's near poughkeepie.

with a pipe and airbox/filter mods you should jet it a little higher. i don't know anything about the xr400cam, i would go with the white bros all around or the track version. i am running a T-4 with a k&n with outerwear, and a custom lid, and i have a dynojet stage 2 165mj and a 42pj.
