medium, and comes with all the adjusting pins. so you can adjust it to fit you perfect.

Not sure about how the sizing works, but how much do you weigh? Big shoulders? Helmet size? I think I can figure if it will fit from that info.

I weigh like 160. Im tall but skinny. I wear a size helment. I would say a size medium would fit just about anyone. These things come with so many different pins and stuff to adjust to your body type. I think you would be ok with it.
