am i going to need any hardware to connect the header to the pipe or is it all there?

the clamp is there aswell as the spacers and boltfor the slipon to subframe, the flanges for header to cylinder are there too. Only thing you'll need are the nuts from your current header pipe where it mounts to cylinder...
