250x 300ex, STreetbike engine ?

hey i was wondering how big of engine i could put in the frame , if u have pics of streetbike engines in a 300ex or a 250x please post them, or any badd engine in a 300ex or 250x, just talk about or tell me how stupid i am for this idea peace,, it wil prob just be for drag racin or a very lil ridin around

a big street bikew engine is likely too not even fit in your frame, or tear it apart after it moves. The better idea is too get an xr 600 or 650 engine and try that, you will still have to strengthen your frame to make it work right.

im keeping me 300 its perfectly fine so why **** it up ,, im just gonna find a rolling frame 250x and ,,,,play with it

Yeah, you could use a xr 600 engine or something like it. I would get an '87 cr 500 and use the engine in a 300. You would have to mount the radiators, and the kickstarter will interfere with the rear fender for sure. But you would have a light, compact powerplant with at least 50 horse.
