Alot of people told me to just grind out the welds in the stock head pipe. Then it will be the same as a aftermarket head pipe. Is it worth the trouble and will it help any?

It depends on how built your motor is, a stock bore or 416 I would just grind out the welds and get a ceramic coating. Works like a charm.

Well How much money do you have?
Either grind out the welds or go buy a complete exhaust.
May I recommend the Sparks X-6. Sweet Pipe. And lots of Torque.

Not every one has the money for that. It is one of the best pipes though, if not the best. Am I the only person that notices that the Sparks bears striking resemblence the the Graydon Proline, and LRD unit?

i think u should get a fmf powerbomb header and maybe one of the following slip-on silencers. whitebrothers r4, bills thunder(rico has this set-up) or maybe just get a complete LRD system.
Since it wont cost you more than a couple grinding stones and some time try grinding them out and see what you get performance wise.
You can always spend your cash later if you like.
