has anybody tried the trinity 734 kit if you have what are the pros and cons

I PUT THE KIT ON MY 2006 RAPTOR WHEN TRINITY FIRST PUT THEM OUT, I WENT WITH THE 11:1 COMP PISTON. IT MADE AWESOME POWER 58HP 54 TQ ON THE DYNO. THATS WITH A LRD FULL PIPE, FILTER AND PROGRAMMER, NO OTHER MODS. IT WENT TOGETHER VERY WELL, THOUGH I JUST RECENTLY BLEW THE HEAD GASKET:( I AM GOING WITH THE 12.5:1 PISTON FROM TRINITY ALONG WITH A FULLY PORTED HEAD AND THROTTLE BODY ALSO A WEB CUSTOM CAM. HOPE YOU THE BEST.

I would suggest against it. There are quite a few other things stock bore you can do and achieve MUCH better results doing so.

There are quite a few running a 14:1 piston stock bore. Megacycle cam and a +2 bored throttle body and they are running mid 70's for HP. :eek2:

Plus. Trinity charges an arm and a leg for their work. There's a few places now (Racer's Edge) who are doing CNC'd porting/Polishing. AWESOME work:cool:
