just inherited 1986 trx 350. I noticed much play in top of steering shaft at handlebars. I removed the shaft and noticed NO bushings bearings seals etc. at TOP of shaft.
looked at Honda parts diagram for 1986 trx350 steering shaft. Looks like bearings seals etc are in the BOTTOM stay??? I have to believe that there is supposed to be some support on top end of shaft to keep shaft from rattling around in top end of tube. CAN you help clarify ???
