Wheel Alignment

What is a good way to align the front wheels. For some strange reason they look funny and I need to check and possibly align them if neccesary. I am not sure that it is tracking straight either. I just bought the bike so there is the possibilty of the whole problem being me.

get a tape measure. sight the bars straight. measure in the front of the wheels from out side to out side of the tire. left to right or right to left don't matter. get the measurement. then go to the back side of the tires. measurw from out side of one tire to the other. im completely guessing but lets say you got 59" and 60" one of your tires would be dink toed. and adjust acordingly
