Blown Head Gasket Sypmtoms

I have a 99 400ex and I think that the head gasket is possibly blown. Here are th symptoms that I have noticed: Oil coming from approx wher the head gasket is located leaking down on the header, Fairly loud ticking sound that does not sound like valve noise. Are any of these symptoms that of a blown head gasket?

What kind of a job is it to replace the head gasket. I have built a bunch of V8's in the past but never a 4 wheeler. What are some part that I need to get other than the head gasket?

It is pretty easy if you have the manual as long as the head studs are not damaged. also use a TQ wrench for assembly to help prevent this happening again. the head gasket kit should have all you need.
