400ex kill switch ! Help ??

i want to hook up the kill switch to replace the one on the bars , which wires run to which on the bars ? Does the long wire run to green or how does it work ?

I used the search option when I hooked mine up and found that the short wire is to ground (green), and the long wire spliced into the black wire with the yellow stripe going into the revbox.......i think. Hope this works for ya.

Well I guess my submit button does work after all! Ooops.

that is correct but you can also install everything right on the handle bars but you said you ar taking the factory one off? You can splice into the green for the ground and the black with a white strip for the other wire if you used the wires on the handle bars that went to the factory switch. Other wise its what blaaze416 said
