free video editing program??

any recommendations for a free to download video editing progarm? i just got a dvd recorder and am looking to take some vids of my friends and i. i just want to be able to slow it down, add musics, and maybe add titles....

Not the best thing... But Windows Movie Maker is on almost all Window's computers . Just do a search....

You can add music for sure, I don't know about the slowing down part.

you should be able to do that with windows movie maker

if your ever looking to invest into a program though i use Pinnacle and it works pretty good
