start it cold does great sounds great...the longer you run it (hotter it gets) starts missing and progressively gets worse......any ideals

Sounds like the jetting may be a little lean. After it is warmed up - do a plug check. If possible run it at it's worst spot then pull the kill switch and check the plug.

I think Malory has been all over the board with the jetting and the issue stay'd but not positive.

Coil nor Stator helped it either from what I seen.

Runs like a scalded dawg when it runs right though thats for sure!!!!

a possible ground issue , if the stock tether is still on bike then bypass it while testing . Check continuity at grounds and add a ground wire from frame to engine,

added 3 extra grounds before the main in PA. still done the same thing...........and cory is right gone from 95-140 on main jet no change.....new coil,stator, plug,plug caps..........anyone have anyother ideals..............pro style kill switch on it...

Did you check if its over heating maybe water pump impeller broken .

check your head gasket ran into this on a kasea i converted to water cooled a few years back, went through head gaskets like underware

You could bypass the wire harness to see if this is the problem


Have you adjusted the needle clip setting at all?

Could you have an air leak somewhere and it is pulling in air to cause the issue?

water pump impeller is intacked.........could it be compression such as a ring or something i think corey had said that.......all out of ideals............please help

AWHILE BACK I HAD PROBLEM ALL MOST LIKE THAT BUT I WOULD GO THREW PISTONS AND IHAD LITTLE SCARP ON PART WHERE THE PAPER GASKET GOSE SO FILLED IT I WITH A WELDER AND WA LA.... NEVER HAPPENED AGIAN DONT KNOW HOW IT GOT THERE MUST OF HIT IT WITH SOMETHING
