Can anyone tell me what Honda has been doing to the 400EX's since '99? Do they contanstly improve and refine them like they do with some of their other bikes (CR250 for example) or has it basically been the same thing year after year?

graphics and seat colors and yellow as a color choice

they may have like rewired it or done somthing diferent electricly but thats about it.
