Atc 70 Need Help !

does anyone know the carb settings for a 1984 atc 70 , i need the idle screw - how many to turn it , and the air fuel screw

There's no specified number of turns for the idle screw. You could put a tach on it and set it to the factory spec, but I just usually set it by ear. As for the air screw, I believe it's 1 3/4 turns out from fully seated, but I don't have my manual in front of me right now to verify that.
