ehh youve basically have all the bolt on upgrades. everything else is pretty much engine work from there. 406 kit? i dont htink youll feel much from that. id say atleast 416 kit and its not that much more.

i,m not getting a kit i,m taking the cylinder somewhere 2 get bored and then get the piston. and the way i look at it is that the 416 will prob run hotter and not be as relible. i do mostly trail ridin and slow and my 4wheeler runs hot so idk yet wut i,ll get unless u think the 416 will be fine

hte 416 kit is actually the most prefered for the reliability. your not in danger of blowing hte head gasket like the 440s. and its not a huge amount off the stock sleeve so it will still be reliable. and a kit would be a piston rings clips gaskets and wrist pin. so its a kit lol and heat deff wont be an issue. i have a 440 and ive never over heated and ive ridden close to 100 out all day and still the hog ran fine. honestly i don thitnk youll see any difference with 6cc. on a 2 stroke youd notice it but not in a 4 stroke.

With such a small increase in displacement, there really isn't too much power difference between a 406, 416, or 426. Where the extra power comes from is the increased compression ratio. I think going with a 406 is smart since you'll be leaving more material for a future rebuild.

I personally would go with the 11:1 piston since you get a little more power but can still get away with pump gas, but a 10:1 piston will still be a noticeable difference.

I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but don't forget that you will be going from a stock motor that is smoking (i.e. tired) to a motor that is fresh and new. Regardless of bore, you should notice quite a difference.

-Good luck with the rebuild-

with a 11/1 piston and CSR timming key theres a dam good change u will need need race fuel , and with the added heat maybe headstuds, 10/1 with the csr key is the saftest route to go with 93 octane
