Polaris 450MXR

I recently have put a 525 cylinder on my 450 and rips when the throttle is wide open but 1/4 to 1/2 gurgles and bobbles. I changed my air srew to the 100 from 70 and have a FMF jet kit 142 main needle on the second clip, air box cover removed and stock exhaust with baffle taken out. any direction would be great. I have not changed my pilot yet also screwed the pump screw in one full turn.
