would it be possible to use my g-force extended axlee from my 97 300ex on my 04 450r

No, the swingarm and bearing carrier on the 450 is bigger. It's the same diameter but the 450's carrier is about 1" longer than that of the 300. Plus the sprockets and brakes wouldnt lign up.
