i got there revbox for my daughters 250ex and it want bad.........they sent me a new one with on 2hrs of telling them.

the new one didnt work so i sent both back to them and got an email saying they had gotten them and what do i want them to do.

wait 4-6 weeks for a new one or money back ...well i ask for my money back and he wants all the info and how i payed .

hes stating im not in his system.........he sent me a new one with out asking for anything but when i ask for my money back he get crapping with me.

i will never buy anything from them again.....

Clerical errors happen. They could have mispelled you last name, etc..

How did you pay? You should have proof of the purchase via transaction records/receipts.

I'm guessing you're talking about AMR racing. They were actually supposed to work pretty good...
