Very dumb question i know but i have a bad memory

What way do i need to move the clip on my needle to get more fuel. I just done a complete rebuild with alot more mods and i need more fuel so do i go up or down. I know im on the 3rd clip down from the top right now. thanks guys

You move the clip down, that raises the needle up.
