any one going there this year . me and my brother and some friends will be there. trying to meet new people. we are first timers there

heck yeah!!! i'v been trying to do the same since i'v got my cam. fixed i went last year with my freinds an we are going to go this year it was a blast except for the dickhead security that comes flying by you if you go over 5miles or stunt in the camping area i'm not sayin there wrong but they take some stuff to far i guess the owner gave them the job title of judge an jury i just hope it might be a little different this year:(

our group will be there we have a couple of tickets leftover in our camping aera if anyone doesn't have any.
I had a problem with the security not doing enough. I don't know why people can't keep a respectful speed or can't do their stunt riding where it is ok to do it. There are alot of kids and unskilled riders out there and I would hate to think how someone would feel if they hurt a child . but the worst was the drunks getting loud and the curse words.

thats true the drunks are the worst.I really didnt see any body stuntin out there till the last day.now it's understandable they should keep a good speed limit an keep it safe out there but one or two security go over board with there authority/ like if they feel sometype of way to you they can kick you out without reimbursement/or my favorite, put you in time out :huh.my thing is i'm not on here to bash the people i just hope every one that does go have a safe an fun weekend :macho cause i know i'll try an have some good old dirty fun.godbless an peace

I'm out to have a little fun myself but it won't be alot for me I'll still be in my leg brace and collar bone brace (had a bad crash a short time ago) I shouldn't be hard to spot so stop and say hi. I should be spending alot of time in front of the grill.

Can anyone tell me how the drag races are?

What day are they?

How is the track? Distance?

I want to come to just the drags only and i know this is a weekend event so just wondering if it will be a hassle to just hit the drags.

it was a 300ft strip last couple of years it was a hard packed with alot of small stones kind of like a bankrun fill dirt. the line to sign up was crazy long it looked like a line at a amusement park water ride on on holiday in july.

Like he said, the track is 300ft. Your staged and launched with a normal tree just like you would at an automotive drag strip. The drags are held on saturday. The wheelie contest happens right after the drags, on the same strip.

The track gets pretty beat, and last year, they didnt resurface it or anything.

the motor will take the longest I have to build it from scratch and have a cyl bored. I have plenty of time on my hands but with my leg and collar bone i can only work for about 1 hour before I have to rest for a few hours.

we are camping with 10 - 20 guys! Come up to the NYATV booth and say whats up to us! We will def party all weekend long. Everyone is more than welcome to come tot he booth and hangout during the day if you want a break. We have DVDs and helmet cam footage from all over the us that we took rolling all weekend. See everyone there! Our booth is across from Fishers ATV and between Can Am and Yamaha right next to the Pink Ribbon Rider Chicks - JT

I just watched the footage I still had on my cam, and I found the saturday night events, the guys at the obstacle course that were flipping into the pool and drinking the beer and ramping off the see-saw at the end and kicking the bell.

great times, if anybody wants any footage of themselves doing the obstical course last year, I think i have every run recorded.

did you get me ?????????? I was the first one to go out in the sport class. I won the sport class, (thats right it's not what you ride) I beat all the yfz 450r and ltr s on a HONDA 250EX the prize was great I got a big set of 4x4 mud tires. too bad I didn't have a 4x4 at the time. but luckly someone came up to me and asked if I wanted to sell them.

We will be looking for some serious mudders to go out and hit a pit with us for some photoshoots. If you think you have a bad machine and want in, stop by the atvriders.com canopy on vendors row to find out the times and locations of the shoots.

I did speak to them and this year the State Troopers are doing Security. Also 2 separate camping areas Family style and party camping - JT

Yes it is! Best time to ride is after a good rain! Altho the coal climbing is better when its dry! :D :devil: For some reason wet coal sucks you up.

hazelton I don't usually pay to ride! Quadfest is the only time I ever paid to ride. I rode all around Tower City and Paragon tho!!!
Usually just ride local! Could go pretty far or just stay close and mess around!

yea i hope everyone has a good time idk if ayone noticed the two black trailers and a green ford f250 and a white dodge 2500 parked up near the front of the trail entrance at the bottom of the hill, with the kid with the broken leg and huge cast on but anyways that was me lol but i heard the trails werent very hard and was wondering how they are this year when everyone gets back

me too, i was riding wheelies up that huge open hill by the mx track with 2 other guys (was that you?) for like a half hour and a bunch of security guys rode by and even watch and didnt care then some ***** took our keys and gave us a talking to. then i moved to the mud pit by the lower campground and had no problems. anyone see me? there was a bunch of people watching. i was having fun putting on a stunt show!

for next year i say make the lower campground the party campground and allow burnouts and other fun stuff all through the night! and loose the cops!
