I think i know how to do it but i dont wat to mess anything up but i just wanted the basic things to do when u take off a front sprocket

Make your chain as loose as possible. if you have a stock case saver, you have to remove it. (replace with aftermarket is ideal at this time.) you might want to break the bolts loose on the sprocket while the chain is still tight (put bike in gear), once one is broke loose, break the other loose then remove them completely. use locktite when installing sprocket bolts. when tightening bolts do not turn sprocket backwards while in gear. (you could jam the decompression lever so just put it in neutral and find a way to hold it)

put everything back together, make sure you torque the bolts to specs.

If you have a sprocket guard remove that. If you want or need to remove the chain. Loosen the two 10mm bolts then turn the clip till it comes out of the grooves and remove the clip then the sprocket. Reverse for putting it back together. pretty simple really no wrong way about it.
