HRC tip, jetting.

I just bought a second 450R (2004, kicker). When I purchased my first one (also a 2004), I had the HRC kit installed before I left the dealership. Upon getting it home I installed a White Bros. Race muffler on it. I saved the stock muffler with the larger HRC tip. I want to put this HRC tip on my second bike but need to know what jetting combo is required to make it run properly. Does anyone have this set up already? I have a stock air box which I figure I will need to drill out the lid, also a K&N filter. Need to know main jet size, needle clip position, etc.

I to have the same question and same setup only i will not be drilling holes in my air box lid due to i am races a lot of xc racesi hope some one can help us out a little even just a starting point
