Well it's come to winter time and once again my tires are bald so I've been looking for some new shoes. I have gotten my choice down to the Kenda Knarly or Turf Tamers. They're about the same price so I'd like to here some peaples opinions on how they do. Also I really dont want to have to groove the Tamers if I do get them. Also I've like them to last until next winter so how do they wear? Thanks for the help!

Turf tamers are made of very soft rubber. They will wear out quickly. I like the stock ohtsu's on my honda for anything or dunlops kt 125 for anything but sand.

My favorite tire for winter is the Spider Trac's. I have also used Realtors that worked really good too. The last tire I tried was the "Mini Desert Track", anyone remember those? They were horrible.

I've looked at a few of these tires you guys talkled about and even ran the sur-traks for a while but I dont like the heavyness of a mud tire. I'd like a lighter, sportier tire.

Trail Claws were an AWESOME tire in the snow, but they are discontinued. Im half tempted to run the Razr2s once i get mine back together. I bet they would go good in the snow

i would think strongly about the 4snow that maxxis makes... i mean im just assuming that a tire made specifically for the snow should do pretty well in the environment it was designed for.
