Gary Denton and Denton Racing? What happened?

I've been out of ATV riding for about a year and a half, BUT I still like to keep in touch with the ATV community. I was shocked when I heard Denton Racing went under. I also found out Gary Denton resigned from Weekend Warrior as well. Does anyone know what really happened? What is Gary Denton doing now?

Denton was, and will always be an inspiration to me both in ATV's and in life in general. I'd hate to hear he's falling on hard times.

wow i cant believe he went under my yfz was a full denton built built bike but i ditched the a arms and elkas for lsr and fox floats but stil got the swingarm and the linkage i guess id be screwed if it broke.
