nope i bought it in a pretty hurt condition from a friend who knew what it needed i brought it home started workin on it. needed a top end rebuild ( he had the parts for it so i bought those off of him to) most of the hardware that holds the plastics on was gone but i had enough spare stuff around to bolt it down. needed handle bars pretty bad. the plastics are in the worst shape out of any i've ever seen and there is little stuff missing here and there. once its completely good i will have a total of about 700 into it. the handlebars and tires in the pic i bought just before i came home and took the pics from a local guy who races

because usually deals like that are "too good to be true" in which most cases they are. did your friend have it since new?

no but he bought it from the original owner about 4 years ago and they gave him a notarized receipt of the sale and he and i are supposed to go sometime this week to get the one he wrote out for me notarized

yeah just make sure it will be yours because if they find its a stolen vehicle your S.O.L. and they take it from you and whatever you paid for it that money is lost. but you said its from a friend ad he bought it off the original owner or something so i would think its clean
