wheel spacers, anybody use these??

just wondering if any of you used wheel spacers to widen your ride if you liked them and if they are any certain type one that is best?

I used to run them a very long time ago..and I really didnt think they made my trx handle very bad.I jumped some decent sized jumps with them and raced a few races with them on.But they arent the best way to go.try and avoid them if you can..and get regulare extended a-arms..
