We just finished first in a race every thing seemed to be running well. With out doing any kind of adjusting it now is stuttering mid to open throttle. We are running a keihn pe 28mm with 142 jet. Spark plug burning fine. Please help

I had a similar problem at the last national. Adjust you needle, I dropped the needle (raised the clip) which will lean it a little. That cleared mine all up. (After the moto though! LOL)
Do it in one clip incraments.

The clip is what I would check first, but while I was there I would blow out my main jet, and clean out the bowl area as well.

might want to turn the airscrew out a 1/2 turn too and see how sounds

Glad to hear about your win! Did you have the new front suspension on?

Ours is running different too, it's got to be the weather/humidity change.

Try the air screw first, cause it is easy. But I am pretty sure that at mid to open throttle the air screw has little effect. You may need to drop the main jet a size if it gurggles on top end. That cleared ours up today.

I may also try to drop the needle a click, cause we stunble about mid throttle on the starts a little still, even with the airscrew where it is best.

Thanks for all the help hopefully this will do the trick. We are still learning as we go on these minis. We did have the new front end on and it is like night and day compared to what we did have. He loves it. Thanks a lot. Im having trouble posting pics. It keeps telling me the file is to big.
