Here we have a 2003 suzuki z400 based 450 hybrid. This past winter I began this project and here is the result! This thing has a 2006 kawasaki kx 450f engine. I purchased the engine, electronics, carburetor, and header pipe all together as one. The engine is a very powerful engine and installed is a 12.5:1 high compression Wiseco piston. This thing flat out screams and rides nicely while doing it! Thousands of dollars are invested in this.

After market parts that are on quad-
-Elka long travel front shocks
-Elka dual rate long shock (just rebuilt cost 480 bucks)
-Elka long travel linkage
-Atv four play + 1.25 swing arm and 250r style carrier
-Brand new G force+ 4 racing axle (not installed in the picture)
-Hiper dual pattern black carbon fiber rear rims
-Hiper carbon fiber non beadlock front rims
-Mx razr front tires
-Kenda klaw rear tires
-Walsh+3+1 long travel a-arms
-Streamline braided brake lines
-Rath+1 anti-vibe chrome racing steering stem
-ASV blue brake and clutch lever
-TAG fat bars
-Renthal grips
-Pro design tether
-AC racing pro peg nerf bars
-U.M. racing aluminum air box
-K&K atv blue flame graphics and seat cover
-Blue anodized tusk gas cap
-UNI air filter
-ROSSIER full exhaust system
-Blingstar black front bumper
-Engineice coolant

Powdercoated a-arms, swingarm, and frame.

Only reason why selling is planning to get a crotchrocket. This is the second ever built z400 hybrid and I have complete documentation throughout the build.

Ineedaex00
08-18-2008, 07:06 PM
You mean the alumiunm kicker, that's the way they come from the factory the kickstart knuckle has an extension to clear the frame so you can kick it over thats all.

I really interested in this quad could you ship this bike to Florida?

What are the shocks valved for,and what type of riding?
Do you have any of the stock parts?
Was this bike ever raced?
Do you have a Title?
Thanks

Ineedaex00
10-15-2008, 07:09 AM
To answer your questions I will transport to Florida but YOU must pay all shipping costs upfront and You will pay for me to build the crate.

The shocks are valved for a 175lb rider for b class. Yes I have a bunch of stock parts. I planned on racing the quad and put all the numbers on it and never got around to it due to the fact that I cannot afford to get hurt because I'm going to school and working and my work is paying for my school so....Thats the story. No i don't have a title, MN does not require you to title your vehicles.

Thanks and get back to me asap!!

Ineedaex00
10-15-2008, 05:46 PM
Well I figured out your zip code and through fedex freight it would cost around $786 to ship a pallet with a 425 quad and the weight of the pallet to you!

also try forwardair.com they ship quads as well , you need a crate for these guys but haul bikes you do not they have a big enclosed race trailer that comes and picks it up from your house for 30 extra bucks and drops off at the other house for 30 extra.

Thanks,
Mike

Ineedaex00

Well forwardair.com would run aroung $623 to deliver to orlando that is their closest hub to you. You would have to pick up the quad there. Haulbikes.com would run around $575 and and extra $60 to pick up the quad and deliver right to your house. SO $635 to your door!! Let me know, also if anybody knows of anywhere else let me know.

According to mapquest.com you are 22hours and 34 mins from me or 1428 miles. I tell you what if you come and pickup up the quad I'll let it go for $3,900 and if you want to have it shipped i'll let it go for $4,500 shipped through haulbikes.com

woodsracer144
06-16-2009, 07:02 PM
he didnt build it, it got it like that from a guy by Green bay WI i think... and depends on the motor, i would just get the mtor you have built to a 450 because unless you have a bike already to pull it from you need to spend 2 grand anyways for a race motor... sent it to gt thunder or yoshy

bubsyfz450
06-18-2009, 03:11 PM
