tie rod end help

the nut labeled number five does not want to come off, i keep spinning it but it does not come out any further. Is there a way i can get that to come off?

Are you holding the tie rod end stud (there are 2 flat spots to allow you to put a 12 or 14 mm wrench on to keep the stud from spinning)?
