Building a YFZ 450 need some help

Who builds the best motor ? It will be used for nothing but drags want a trustworthy engin builder not someone who just wants sell you one of everything on the shelf ! Anything above 450 cc is legal Have had a 400ex TC motor befor was vary happy with it .just woundering who else makes a strong motor ? thanks Chris
