what do you need to powdercoat and how much does the stuff cost?

Do you mean what equipment do you need to do powder coating yourself or what parts do you want powder coated? Here's an example that I just had done, don't know of this will help or not. I just got the grab bar on my 250ex done in begal red for $20 and it took three days. Hope this helps.

For 265 I got my 400ex frame, Sub-frame, and swingarm sand blasted and powder coated. I choose color Gloss Black. Prices may vary from areas. I would like to see how much it also cost other people to compare.

I got my frame, subframe, and a arms done for $150

I got my frame, subframe, swingarm, a-arms,aluminum airbox, heat shield, hubs, spindles, steering stem and a few other small parts done in 2 custom order colors(Super mirror red with chrome sparkles and super mirror black with chrome sparkles)and all sandblasted for $200!!! They also ceramic coated my header included in that price but that didnt come out like I wanted it so I sent it to HP Coatings!! The powdercoat is awesome!! They can do it so cheap becasue they are a HUGE powdercoating shop(they powdercoat for the city(fire hydrants, pipes etc)) and the finish on mine is flawless!!!
Here are some pics, you cant see how shiny it is or see the sparkles becasue, as we all know, my camera sucks,,,but in the sun it looks sweet!!!
