Hard start

I boys,

Now that my 400 ex is ready i still got problems for starting it.. im oversize .120 and ive got the supercharger kit from knn.. i also got a rev chips from wb.. When my 4 wheeler is hot it is very easy to start but i soon its get cold it would not start no more.. My current settings for my carb are 165 main jet.. Do i have to change something

If it is really cold outside your battery loses charge and if the batery isn't fully charged with that rev kit it will not start. It will just crank and crank and crank.

Take that JUNK wb cdi box off and it will start every time..promise

we use to switch them get the bikes warm and then switch them back now we dont use em

I went 2 seasons swapping out CDI's before every ride, NO MORE, I use the stock on only now, and guess what? NO performance losses!!!! go figure!
