Swing arm bearings

Well i got a problem the old bearing races in my swing arm are tuck in, i mean stuck not moving at all. I have tried everything i can think of. Tell me something i can do to get them out. Im thinking i might have to take it to my dads friends shop and press them out with a hydraulic press.

i used a air chisel to get my sons out.

you can try some heat, get them hot then pound away, if nothing gives then i would just have them pressed out, save yourself some headache

Is there a stop for the bearings so they wont go in any further? Like the is for the axle bearings, they can only be taken out one way.
