i'm thinking about selling my 250r engine/ 400ex frame hybrid but i wanted to know what i could get for it first. all the mods are in the sig. i am also considering parting it too if i could get more that way.

I'd say now is definitely not the time to sell - hardly anything seems to be selling and those that do, prices are LOWW.

I think you are looking at $2K maybe less as I don't think it'll appeal to very many people.

If you didn't modify the frame at all, then you may want to sell it as a roller and sell the motor.
Probably do better that way.

well doing the hybrid was my last hope to hold on to riding but it's just boring to me i never enjoy it so i think i'm going to part it out cause i think i should be able to get at least 3k if i can sell the stuff that is. so i geuss if anybody is interested i want to sell the engine and the chassis stuff first.

I just bought my LSR crf450 just without front-end. Which I already have a laeger/elka quadrate setup. Purchased it for 3400 total. The engine has over 4 grand dumped into it, the frame is about 3 grand. Its only an 05.....Ya...I got a Deal. Hello 58 hp at crank..It's mint also, the engine was just freshen up'd. With just break in time on it. Frame is in awesome condition. 180258140160 is the ebay item if its still up.

That engine will go fast as hell. I'm pretty sure your frame if its in decent cond. will go equally as fast. It's just people don't want to pay for an 250r engine in an used frame when their can put it in theirs. Your shocks fit 400ex geo too, I can't even tell you how many kids are looking for shocks on the 400ex section. You'd deff have better succes on parting it out. Sorry to hear you HAVE to do that though.

yeah i know pretty much all the parts i have on it are desired so i don't think i'll have any problum with that but i hate getting red of somthing i put so much time and money into. when i make up my mind i'm going to be putting a vary large parts list in the for sale section and after a week or so thing will be going on ebay.
