Front brake help

just a quick question i replaced the front pads with ones i got off ebay the outter pad seems to be rubbing is this normal? i can turn the wheel but its hard. the pads are aalot thicker i mean alot thicker than the old ones. will they wear in? is this normal? is it ok to run like this? please any help would be great thanx alot

The brake drag is normal, new pads are always thicker than worn out pads.

When I did my fronts for the first time, they were almost impossible to turn. They'd both just stop when i pulled the front end up. It took some time, but they wore in and now turn freely.
